Common questions

How do I identify a plant?

Tap the camera button, point it at your plant, and Plant Amigo will identify the species and set up a care plan. You can also add plants manually or from the built-in catalog of common houseplants.

My reminders aren’t showing up

Make sure notifications are enabled for Plant Amigo in the iOS Settings app under Notifications. Within the app, check that reminders are turned on for the plant and that your preferred reminder time is set.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Premium is billed through your Apple ID. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Plant Amigo to change or cancel your plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the current period.

Is my data backed up?

Yes - when iCloud is available, your garden syncs privately to your iCloud account and across your devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Plant Amigo, and choose Restore Purchases on the Premium screen.
